I don’t like Paul’s nasty looking face in the second panel. Buckles needs support, not anger. I also hope he doesn’t burn Buckle’s tongue and face with hot water.
I remember going to work one morning at 5 am in the dark when my headlights spotted a dog that had tried to jump a wire fence surrounding a field of several acres. His hind leg near his paw was surrounded by wire so tight it couldn’t be budged and he was hanging upside down. A large pool of blood was on the ground below. I remember telling him. "Stay there. I’ll be right back, "as if he could actually go somewhere. I returned home, got my wire cutters, returned to the scene and cut him down.
