Harry is meowing which means he’s trying to tell you something. Cats never meow at each other (and right now you don’t even have another cat) they only meow at humans. He’s probably hungry or he wants his litter box cleaned.
Heaven forbid it would be because of her or the kids. Some people are always quit at pointing the finger. Maybe it doesn’t like the litter, maybe you need more than one litter box
