You can tell Olivia Jaimes has never climbed a stepladder before to clean off a roof. The way stepladders are made; one side has rungs that are designed for people to step up on. The other side of the stepladder just has a couple cross ties to hold the the vertical legs together. Here the side with the rungs to climb up on are placed on the wrong side against the wall.
