Hadda look it up. “Flounder”, the nerdy fat kid in “Animal House”.

I actually explored the “Delta House” in Eugene, Oregon about a week before it was torn down. I snuck in, it was very trashed. It was evident squatters had been living there.

Flounder had a heart attack and died on St. Elsewhere at the end of the series. I still think of him and Mrs. Huffnagel. In real life he lost all of the weight, but still died early from a heart attack. To paraphrase Otter, “What a great cast”. They did not get on with the locals who comprised the frats at Oregon, and they had several fist fights.

Hey, Mr. Koth, here’s an idea for you. You can use this guy for a combo strip. Lil is giving his Eulogy, talking about how short he is, what he ate at “That New Place” that killed him, and whatever funny thing is on his headstone… ☺
