I guess he finds it hard to speak with his foot in his mouth.

We are often surprised to find that the hole in our foot was self inflicted.

Actually I’m on Len’s side here. The man owns a business and would seem to be justified in checking if anything needs his attention. Abby knows this and is just being silly.

Uh, I meant the stupid thing that I did! Boy, it’s going to be cold sleeping on that sofa.

Well, to be fair, he IS right that it’s a stupid thing for either of them to be fighting over, Len in that it was stupid of him to prioritize it when he did, but also Abby in that it’s stupid of her to keep dragging out the matter when they both had the chance to concede it was a stupid thing to let come between them like this and actually get on with what they’d actually come in here to do.

Personally, if I had been her, I would’ve just agreed it was stupid all around and be done with it already.

Best way to find out how your relationship is going is to get away from the kids and just be a couple again. Ya just may find out that things have changed.

feet…its plural for both feet…maybe he has both in!

Quickly follow that with “I meant the stupid thing I did my love.”
