From 2008, 40 years ago would be 1968. Since then the presidents have been Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush Jr., Obama, Trump and Biden. You can’t count the last 3 since this was 2008 and Obama hadn’t been elected yet. So she means Carter and Clinton.
There’s been 2 in 40 years because of their stupid, ridiculous policies and their rabid supporters who won’t even consider reasoned, logical debate oranything quieter that out of their tree screaming. That’s not to say everything the Republicans have done has been good but your country is in much better shape than if there were lots more demmies
