Reminds me of when a friend and I delivered Meals on Wheels for a week to replace someone who went on vacation. So many people griped about us being late. That’s what happens when you’re a substitute and have to find each place for the first time.
We used to do Meals on Wheels and the people we met wanted to talk, greeted us with such enthusiasm and had such interesting stories to tell! We loved it. But it was also sad to see how many had been forgotten by their families.
Ok. No worries. We’ll just take it back and try to get it here on time next year. See you then…..People can be such ungrateful, self centred, ar5eh0les
