It’s because of Len buying that stupid radio for $2500. Sure they sold all the others but probably didn’t recoup much of the money he spent on them.
Many years ago my card was rejected. At first, I was shocked, then I realized I gave them my phone card. In the ancient days before cell phones where you used stone age pay phones, you could use a phone card to pay. Regular card worked fine, whew!
