Why have all the encounters with people in need of food aid been shown as unpleasant? A comic strip focused on a Jewish family that panders to negative stereotypes?
When we lived in New Mexico, our little town had a monthly food distribution. Never saw any jerks there.
One woman even wanted to tip me, which would have defeated the purpose of the distribution.
