One of my pet peeves is how now-a-days the Insurance company can override a Doctor’s recommendation!
My wife had been trying for years to get medical care for her back pain. The first year she missed qualifying by a couple of points on the Insurance checklist. After figuring out the magic diagnostic keywords we needed to meet THEIR crazy standard, she finally got the surgery she needed last year.
