True story: a former customer of mine complained their expensive new computer kept shutting down after less than an hour of use. I get there, and they have the the case draped in a form fitting cozy with a duck on it and button holes for the usb and power cables. I had to explain that computers need to breathe, and if they want to dud it up, they should use stickers. At one point in my life, I believed rich people got that way by being the smartest people in the room. Experience has taught me otherwise.

You might think you don’t need it, but what if the computer crashes.
