Almost makes you wonder if a degree is worth it anymore. You end up with a massive loan you’ll probably never pay back and end up in a none-to-special job anyway. In the UK the loan dies out after 30 years if not paid back, but you’ll have been paying a fair bit (dependent on how much you earn) for a long time. There are so many graduates now working in jobs for which you wouldn’t need a degree anyway. Sad state of affairs.

I will be forever grateful that,altho it took my dad dying while I was in HS, my college education was fully paid for thru his death. Thank you, Dad!
