Every neighborhood needs one.

Fred loves everyone, even esoteric neighbors!

The esoteric neighbors give the rest of us, someone to talk about other than ourselves.

In England they are eccentric, in the States they’d be crazy.

What quirks for some may not quirk for others!

I like her mixed plaids, stripes, and flowers (something most people couldn’t get away with). So I gather that Patricia is the woman and Patsy is the pooch?

One thing about the hippies in the ’60s ….. they were colorful ……….. :)
