Yeah, the guy with the fleas.

IIRC, the original, from 60 years ago (plus or minus) just had everyone pointing. I think that’s funnier.

The doctor says “Who’s next?” A vampire might say, “Whose neck?”.

With noone wanting to see the Dr., must be the Dentist’s office.

Fleas transmit bubonic plague you know.

Interesting how the three waiting are (or seem or made themselves and their chairs) smaller in the last panel as compared to the first.
