Doesn’t chocolate have salt in it already?
When I was last in a hospital for testing to my heart and circulation system, a doc suggested I consume MORE salt. I love that guy.
If he tells you to use a chocolate substitute, try wine.
At least my salt substitute is little closer to home, I use garlic powder.
I use several different spice mixes depending on what I am seasoning and I started just because they tasted better, not because I need a salt substitute.
