Buckles expression in the " circle " with Paul is just precious and also top left , but I’m sorry but I’m not very fond of this cartoon because , I never thought much of leaving a Puppy out in the weather , no matter ( what kind of weather ) ;period : ( Sorry David : (
Look, people, Buckles loves the cold, and he isn’t exactly in danger. He’s a domesticated dog with the mind of a human child with doggie instincts. He’s covered in fur. Let sleeping dogs lie and get over it! Besides, it’s not like Paul and Jill are beating him as punishment. The doghouse is a hands-off punishment that doesn’t involve any physical abuse. They don’t do this to him all the time, and when they do, well…Buckles hasn’t exactly been the good boy that many of you over-praise him to be. I like this comic strip, but there has to come a point where reality and fiction have to be separated before it’s taken too seriously. It’s an over-reaction. This is my opinion, say what you will against me. David Gilbert is an animal lover himself, and he dedicated 25 years of his life to bring us entertainment through his life’s perspectives. It’s a comic, people.

Freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose…

No dog should be staked out on a chain and no dog should be left out in bad weather.
