I think I’d be very pleased with the results if I was standing tiptoe on a scale in the water. That is, if a scale would continue to function for long underwater.

To be fair, Sherman has no feet, so he might have an unfair advantage “Stepping on the scale.”

Losing weight is a marathon with a good pace, not a sprint.It’s a lifetime battle for many of us, myself included. However,the past three years have me winning the war and l am back and have maintained my lowest adult weight which is below my low Army weight….
