The guy in blue is NOT quiet quitting. It is an expected part of the job to catch the other person. It is only quiet quitting if he wasn’t scheduled for that performance and is not being paid for it.
“Quiet quitting” was invented by bosses to invent a negative-sounding term for “only doing what the job requires”. So if this person was “quiet quitting” they’d catch their partner here, unless falling is part of the act.
Oh, no! I hope Bleeb doesn’t end up injured like what happened on the battlefield a few weeks ago. Oh, and I hope the trapeze guy doesn’t get hurt either.
