Yes, I knew the Myers-Briggs was useless the second time I took it and came out an extrovert instead of an introvert like the first time. Extremes in both tests. (I am an extreme introvert. Covid lockdown? Bring it ON!)

I have consistently tested as an INTJ, which is fine with me. It probably fits in with my solo writing and publishing interests in horror short stories, poems and haiku. My subject matter interests are fairly narrow, however—-vampires, werewolves, mummies and Halloween most of all. OK, I recently added aliens to my vampire stories—-and no romantic Christopher Lee types.

At the country fair they had a Myers-Briggs Testing tent set-up.

I was too shy to try it.

The standard IQ metric is also increasingly being considered meaningless. Not only is it subject to a lot of confounding factors, but the way different “intelligence types” are weighed and combined into a single number makes it inherently arbitrary.

NYC probably has a lot of stray cats to help with the rat population also.

New York City has always had some enormous size, very smart rats and brats who never seem to get caught. It took long enough to catch the big fish Mafiosi.

When I worked for the feds, we took that Myers-Briggs… I came up at “INTP”.

So what? Yeah – exactly! I was there to work, not be besties with everyone ;-)

Well “modern psychologists” couldn’t pass the test so they got together and “deemed it useless” of course. Ha! Got you there! Ha! ~ Irving Myers and Olga Briggs, on to you with your high falootin’ degrees and stuff, so there! Oh.. it was that Katherine and Isabel thing. Fine.

Take care, may New York surviving rat Phineas “Some Swam And Some Surfed For A While Me I Went To High Ground And Had Some Cheetos” Phuzznutzord be with you, and gesundheit.

Every time I start reading the comments lately, I bemoan the whiners that have ruined this strip, by getting all the good joke tellers banned. Gosh – it’s GoComics – you’d think they would enjoy the fun.

The Myers-Briggs instrument is almost as accurate as last Tuesday’s horoscope. The real problem with it is the credibility people have given it.

I’ve been subjected to Myers-Briggs several times. I think I came out as an extroverted introvert.

    The original KING KONG movie

Why did they have a gate as tall as King Kong unless they wanted King Kong to come in?

If they were trying to keep him out,why not just a people-sized door?

I remember taking the Myers-Briggs test at work 25 years ago. Shortly afterward, there were staff cuts, and I was part of them. Coincidence?
