In 2016 I learned that I had a genetic disposition towards high cholesterol and that I needed triple bypass as a result. One of the first things I did was to contact my 4 brothers so they could get tested if needed. That’s when I found out that 2 of them already knew this and had had bypass surgery without telling the rest of us.

My quintuple bypass was over 30 years ago so you might get lucky too.
