Finally managed to lose them in the woods?

Would depend on the kids.

Are you sure that bear will take care of them?

My wife and I live our day hikes, just the two of us.

I hope you’ve left the kids with a decent sitter!

Let’s hope they can’t find their way home.

Dead trees …. guess everyone has their “thing”….

Empty nesters?

Just like home, two mountain ranges with a deep river valley in between.

One child and one parent at a time is also wondrous.

I liked going for hikes with my kids but we never saw much wildlife. Probably because they couldn’t be quiet for more than 30 seconds. Now we take the granddaughters.
