As if climate change, a meteor strike, or a gamma ray burst isn’t enough to worry about, now we have to deal with the inevitability of AGI destroying the human race as soon as it figures out how to do everything without us.My theory is there will be multiple AGIs fighting for dominance. I don’t see a proof that one will necessarily destroy all the others. More likely they will all absorb each other, and THEN there will be one master AGI. I think a good name for it would be “Colossus”.
