It sounds like JJ is saying it was Janis’ order to gather the sheets without disturbing his nibs.

I don’t think that would have worked with the fitted sheet.

Arlo knows how to have fun with a mundane task.

Cats are more fun when you’re making the bed. When the air goes out of the sheets as they settle down, the cat pounces on them because it looks like a mousey under the leaves. Then you can put your hand under the sheets.

My cat always “helps” when we change sheets on the bed!

A 5 minute task becomes a 10 minute circus but we love the challenge!

First the bed. What’s next? Janis?

It’s the old tablecloth trick, only with a bedsheet and a cat.

My cats attack the sheets when I’m making the bed.

“Ta Daaa! Thank you, thank you, I’ll be here all week…”

It’s harder to MAKE the bed with a cat in the house.

I can assure you that never happens.

To say the least Arlo was amazed…………

and without disturbing the beast. ;)

Nicely done, Arlo, you didn’t even disturb Ludwig. Mine are too curious to sleep through something like that.

I know I’ll get labeled as a cat hater again; but in the spirit of looking for the FUNNY I would like to have seen Arlo have an epic failure. I mean do cats ALWAYS land on their paws?
