Leftovers? What in the world are those?

Look at it this way, you don’t have to clutter the fridge with stuff that may stay in there for days!

Left overs are what I don’t like to eat.

I was taught (especially when visiting another home) that “cleaning ones plate” was a compliment to the hostess/one who prepared the meal.

How is Marmaduke with rightovers? If you call his name, will he come right over?

Year ago I use to have someone that would always stop in to visit just at supper time, which I didn’t mind for awhile and always invited him to eat, which he did ….. but finally after awhile I got tired of the extra dishes to clean, which he conveniently left before I got around to do …………….. so one day as soon as we finished eating I put down the dishes and the Huskies quickly cleaned everything up ….. then picked up the dishes and put them away …. I could tell that the guy was a little shocked, but didn’t say anything …………… He never showed up at supper time again …….. And YES, I did wash the dishes after he left …. :)
