Mind is not = to sinuses

Frazz has his way of clearing his head and Mr Spaetzle has his.

Späetzle is a special kind of egg noodle that is often enjoyed as a side dish with gravies or sauces but also the main ingredient in other dishes like the famous Käsespätzle.

Toss them with a little bit of melted butter and you have an easy but so delicious side dish that the whole family enjoys!

They taste like chewy egg noodles and can be made savory but also sweet.

One’s sinus congestion and one’s ‘inspiration to write the great novel’ have one thing in common – a short season.

Frazz is pushing too hard, if he can’t think. A long bike ride on an empty road definitely creates a mood for deep thought; at least until you reach the next big hill.

I do mine when I walk. A boon of technology: You don’t have to write it down, you can just talk into your phone, and the phone does the writing.

Running maybe. The few times I drifted off into deep thought biking I found myself brought back to reality a bit too late to avoid a pothole or a parked car…

Hot sauce clears my head.

I can relate to Mr Spaetzle.
