A friend in need is a friend in need…

This reminds me of the comic strip “Curtis” which appears in our newspaper. Curtis is a tween growing up in Philly. He often goes to his dad for some money. His dad says “I’m broke.” Sometimes he’ll say that even before Curtis asks.
