    Born with a tongue as standard equipment. Teeth were an after market accessory. So, ask me how old I am and this was a civilized response meaning none of your business. I guess I’m THAT old. Yeesh!

    Actually, pluggers and their teeth are the same age. Humans are born with two sets of teeth (teeth buds) hiding in their jaws, the primary teeth that erupt when the person is a few months old, and the secondary/permanent teeth that begin erupting when the baby teeth start to fall out at around age six.
