As part of my dinner tonight, I had collard greens with pepper jelly. Yes, pepper jelly is hot, but I find collard greens inedible without it.

I’m with you on this one Amanda..why in the world would a candy maker make something which is the exact opposite of “candy.” Think I’ll pass on those, thank you very much…
