If this storyline was still set in the 80’s, Miles & Kevin would try to sneak a peak at the Playboy channel with the hopes the picture would unscramble just enough to see….. What’s that? NO ! I never did that as a youngster !…..well…er…
My dad used to have all of these weird rules with the big screen TV and his La-Z-Boy chair. It lasted all of two weeks before me and my sister broke every single one of them. As an adult, I get why he did it. It’s kind of hard to have something that is all yours in a family of four.
After all, boys don’t grow up. They just get older and buy cooler toys. And the one thing little boys hates more than eating their veggies is sharing.

Why do I get the feeling that Miles (with Kevin’s persuasion) will lockout Dad’s code for the remote?

Talk about stingy.

no touching the remote until Dad can’t figure out how it works

Good thing there’s not 5 rules – Dad would run out of finger!

Time to appeal for a higher court’s intervention – Mom.

“F Is for Family” had a similar gag, but with more profanity, of course.

What’s the point of buying a big screen TV if you’re not gonna use it?!
