It starts with denial, progresses to name-calling, devolves in to finger-pointing and blaming others, takes a side trip with deflection and ends up with projection.
Any similarity between what I just described and a certain people exists entirely in your own mind. I’m just making an observation, not an accusation.
Here is my not happy comment for today: Dear Fellow Amazon shoppers: I ordered a pair of new Hoka One One shoes – they aren’t cheap shoes – for my knees. They have good cushioning and support. I found a good pair on sale for $150 as they only had one pair left in stock, size 6, which happens to be my lucky shoe size. I expected them today so I could wear them for dog therapy in the hospital today where we always rack up some mileage. The shoes came – the box has a sticker on it – the retail price is $140. Amazon has a long, rectangular sticker they use for things that have been returned. It has one of those stickers. I really want these shoes, but don’t like the deception for a new pair of shoes on sale. I had “assumed” they were last year’s model. Keep or return with clear explanation as to why? Some Hoka gym shoes are $250. These shoes appear to be from Free People, which is not a cheap store by any means. Finding a size 6 that hasn’t been a sample shoe can be a real pain. These do not appear to have been used as sample shoes.

With some people, it starts in the baby crib. If left unchecked it continues and gets ever worse from there.
