He is about to fall flat on his face. Feet are there for a reason.

I was once tasked with provisioning chemical defense boots for the Marine Corps. I learned that Marines on the west coast have smaller feet than Marines on the east coast. I have no data to corroborate as to why.

The most common men’s size is 10.5. The most common women’s size is 8.5.

My wife and I each wear the most common size for our sex.

However both of us are over 6 feet tall. So she’s a 6-foot tall woman standing on size 8.5 feet. It’s amazing that she doesn’t fall over. Also it’s no surprise that, as a nurse, she had foot problems in the past. However, she had sense not to wear heels often. I think that’s why she doesn’t have permanent foot damage.

If that podium is solid on all 4 sides, it seems like the clown would need to be standing further back – unless he has already had the surgery.

Is this a size 12 step program?

What we need are wider shoes, not more expensive disfiguring surgeries.

I like my feet the way they are, thank you.
