No need to nag him every 6 months…

Buckles, Puppy, it might be a while!

Buckles keep nagging Paul for your new house or your going to sleep in their bed until he does. Or don’t nag him and enjoy the comfort of sleeping on their bed.

Buckles in the first panel is just " adorable " : ) That strut move is Sooooo cute : )

Well, Paul, like the good book says, “It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it”.

Jill is the house manager. She should give Paul a deadline, such as, “If the sink isn’t fixed within 2 weeks, I am hiring a plumber.” And then do it. I had to do that when I was married. My ex could fix just about anything, but if it didn’t seriously inconvenience him, he never bothered to follow through. He had time to wax the paint on the lawn mower on a regular basis.

But now Buckles “NEW” Dog house is a priority …….. “SO” Paul ….. get off your as* and get the material and build poor Buckles Dog House ……. :)

It would be nice if he had gotten around to finishing the old doghouse first.

Paul’s afraid that if he finishes the doghouse, Jill will send HIM to it.

I have to say, since Buckles can communicate (talk) with his pet “mom” and pet “dad” and can walk in two legs I would say he is an animal character filling the part of a “child” character. He has some characteristics a kid has, as for example: here we have the “child” excited because his dad promised to do something with him but “dad” has other plans….
