Not a good idea.

Seems realistic. We’ve been through four remodels in the last 42 years.

Had a pretty good contractor. Did a pretty good job (with subs included), and the price was fairly reasonable. Maybe I should complain.

That’s how I used to go to my weekly poker game back in grad school. Just wrote everybody a check and played with dummy chips.

Well, that’s one way to pay the contractor.

Having gone through a renovation/remodel about 6 years ago I can agree all too well.
