Well, I thought it was taking a while when I ordered the first pizza.

I believe I’ve been to that doctor.

No you’re just in time doc. Want some pizza ?

The tele-doc had me on hold for a bit over 40 minutes today. With a sign saying “average wait is under 10 minutes”. I was sorely tempted to do something like this.

Where is he getting the money to pay for the pizza? On second thought, I don’t want to know.

Like Dominos, clinic should offer doctor appointments in 30 minutes or less or they are free.

Let’s just say you’re not gonna get a slice.

How I feel when I’m in a telephone queue, and told the waiting time is 29 minutes!!!

Not long enough, apparently.

Frustrated, irritated and nearly naked…..And they lecture you on your high blood pressure.

You want Pizza? Well doc is going to give you a piece-a his finger as soon as you bend over.

Just wait till an AI Doc takes over. Things will change.

My doctor made me put on a gown for an ear exam.

I showed up for my routine appointment 5 minutes early. I was called 45 minutes after the appointment. I sat in the room for another 45 minutes. I left. On my way out I said, “You are NOT charging me for this visit.” This was not the first incident. I knew I could reschedule for an appointment months later.

I am now with a different practice.

I wish I had the courage to do that. Got a great orthopedist but who has no sense of time.

OMG. This I have to try.

I’ve been detained in a hot room for over an hour once! I was seething! There’s no excuse!

When my kids were little, I waited in a pediatricians office with sick kids for over 3 hours….I told the girl I’m leaving..and she said, oh no. You’re next…come back! Yeah right!

So much for maintaining the fast.

Funny you should say that Doc. That’s what the pizza guy just said.

I used to make my appointments for opening time. I’d arrive just as the door unlocked and within minutes the waiting room was full and I had to wait 3 hours or so to be seen. And they wondered why my blood pressure was high.

A wait of an hour to an hour and a half beyond my appointment time is the usual for me. And the appointment itself is between 5-10 minutes! Remember house calls? Yeah, neither do I…

My Kindle e-reader comes in handy as it fit easily inside my purse and I don’t have to lug a heavy tome.

Very funny, I needed that laugh this day, blood drawn/x-rays/travel to/ TMI sorry…

That’s a big chuckle. Once I went to my ENT doctor and she had me waiting for close to half an hour. Exasperated, I stepped out of the examining room to look for her and asked her when she was going to see me. “In a moment” she replied. “I’ve been waiting for plus-20 minutes,” I replied. She got flustered and firm: “In a moment.” A year later, I had to change doctors.

The delivery guy forgot the beer!!!!!!!!!!!!! burp. :)
