Only telling the boss, political/government leader, or rich employer what they want to hear has been the downfall of innumerable hierarchies. No one wants to be the bearer of bad news (especially in a “shoot the messenger” climate)!
Probably a white boss – From what I see in MSM these days, all white people are racist.
