Over the years I’ve had to clean out the trap in my washer when it gives me a fault code indicating slow draining (it’s there to protect the pump impeller). It’s a smelly, messy job but doing it myself saves a service call bill. Interesting things get trapped. Coins, paperclips, bobby pins, wood chips, and toddler sized socks.

So don’t believe those stories about the dryer.

Glad that’s one less unexpected expense for the MacPhersons to deal with.

Been there, done that. Also taken sinks apart to find wedding rings.

Be glad that’s all it was.

But the Hot Wheels box never said it was dishwasher unsafe.

Hammie should put his cars into the silverware tray.
