I played the old man card this morning and let the Home Depot kid load 5 bags of mulch into my car. Of course I still had to deal with it when I got home.

You an old retiree Ben, you should know how to pace yourself by now. Work smarter, not harder.

Try a wheelbarrow!!!

Anything heavy I carry, not him, as it will be too heavy for him. If I cannot carry it – we do so together. He will strain to pick up something we bought and I will grab two or three of the item at the same time.
