Buckles was almost a fashionista…..

On any given day, each client of our dog groomer comes out wearing the same bandana.

Always carry a spare…

Not wanting to come out? Of what? The picnic table?

The middle bottom panel is a " riot " for sure : ) And David drew a cute puppy too : )

And I thought it was only girls and dresses!

We had to kennel our dogs when we took a trip and upon our return the folks at the kennel had bathed them and put a blue bandana on the male and a pink one on the female. The male strutted around with that blue bandana on. He had a fit when we had to take it off to put it in the washing machine. Later when it fell apart, he wouldn’t accept a green one, we had to find another blue one. The female hated hers. Go figure.

So much for getting attention, huh, Buckles?

I finally got my therapy dog a “pet me” bandanna for the hospital. People are always asking if they can pet my dog. She has therapy dog tags on her, a hospital ID badge designating her as a volunteer, I have a shirt and a badge designating me as a volunteer. We still need the bandanna, and I bet I still have a hundred people ask me today if they can pet my dog. Yes, they can, and yes, they are expected to, or my dog’s feelings are hurt!

Buckles …… You look great with your new bandana and so what if another dog has the same one … don’t hid, show it off …. :)

If I felt the same way, I would never wear work my vest at Hobby Lobby.

It’s a picnic, not an awards show.
