    Okay, I am missing the humor here. Perhaps because one of the Colleges in our city has one of the premiere aeronautical engineering schools in the nation. They have an annual paper airplane flying contest here and the aeronautical engineering students actually to this and much more to prepare for the contest.

    Or use the McDonald-Douglass approach like they did with the F-4 Phantom Jet.

    If you put enough thrust behind anything, you can make it fly no matter how aerodynamically ugly it is.

    It’s the American way: don’t solve problems; overpower them.

    I like one YouTube video, where someone took a paper airplane to a soccer game. They were sitting in the nosebleed section (practically) and flew the plane. It glided all the way down to the field before landing in the goal on the side of the venue they were sitting in. The crowd got a kick out of that.
