When I was a freshman in college, I set my alarm clock every morning, including Saturday. I didn’t have anything scheduled for Saturday morning, but it felt good to know that I had the opportunity to turn off the alarm off, roll over, and go back to sleep. If I hadn’t set the alarm, I would not have appreciated the extra sleep.

My brothers didn’t need any extra incentive to wake me up in the morning. They considered it their duty. To this day they love to call me when they know I’m trying to sleep. My parents didn’t do anything about it as they told me they knew I would get even.
