This cartoon is too cute! But that’s what being self employed means. You do practically everything yourself. The best part is that you are your own boss and you don’t have to get up before the roosters, nor fight traffic or fight with others on the bus or subway getting to work. And you can work as little or as much as you want.

In this case the boss should allow for as much time as the employee requires. Maybe a mixed schedule might be appropriate.
