Cathy: I need a snack. Brush teeth to change mouth chemistry! Floss teeth to stimulate gums! Drink sparkling water to refresh palate and give tummy the "full" feeling! Do jumping jacks to wake up the self-control center of the brain! WHEW! ... I need a snack. 8:00 pm. 8:03 pm.

She cracks me up. I usually just go to bed if I cant get over that hungry feeling.

She may as well get her snack since she can’t stop thinking about it. Popcorn is very good and not as fattening as many snacks. But if you crave chocolate get some. Nothing else will take the place of chocolate.

Makes me laugh, quite a process to avoid being hungry, but she did jumping-jacks, so she’s entitled to a few extra calories..:D

chocolate’s actually good for you, I read. There’s some vitamins and i think a little protein.
