Yes. Nothing says Happy Father’s Day better than cutting out of the budget all the nice things that father’s love but don’t need. At least she gave him a nice cut flower in a vase! That father ain’t no born loser that’s for sure.

The foods that she cut out are so unhealthy that she probably GAVE Brutus 10 more years of life. And I’m sure those aren’t ALL the foods he likes!

Gladys, put some of the items Brutus likes back on the list. Especially the ice cream.

“Tubby Hubby” ice cream – Good one!

Tubby Hubby – what a hoot! A brand name that also spells out its target audience. I think Gladys is taking advantage of (less charitably, manipulating) the situation to get Brutus to trim down.

However, she did not eliminate the “Strifey Wifey” Ice Cream; Brutus finds it very bitter…☺

Ooh, I want some Tubby Hubby Ice Cream.

Most of the things she crossed off are the most expensive things in the store. So, if cost savings was the goal, she did it, even if they were some of the most delish things.

Why should I be the one to sacrifice Brutus?

What is she replacing those items with? Actually, she could keep the popcorn if she made it herself; same thing for the mini pizzas and; use off brand ice cream. These are ways to save money but requires work on her part but it’s for the benefit of the whole family. Can or will she do it?….
