Irving: I have to try 30 pairs of jeans to find one that fits? Cathy: YES! FINALLY! You understand what I go through!! ...Or you WOULD understand if you'd gone through it in every area of your life for your entire life, and now you had to go through it again as a support system for someone who's going through it for the first time and thinks his minuscule experience is anything compared to what you've gone through! YOU UNDERSTAND NOTHING AND NEVER WILL!! Irving: High five to that! I feel all cranky, too!!

Love that Irving thinks that, because he and Cathy are both cranky, they are on the same page emotionally. High five!

There’s something to be said for making your own clothes but then we’d go through the same thing as we searched for the right patterns. But at least once you found one that works you can keep making it over and over again.

An actor I believe Tim Conway stated his mom was a seamstress and also had him make his clothes and he still does. I do not order on line, but then I am not too crazy about the styles out and do not shop for clothes to often.

Shut up and try on the pants already! You could have been out of the store days ago.

I wear pants with elastic in them, that way I only have to worry about how long they are. Elastic waistbands always fit. Try it Irving.

I like the way Irving can still be happy after listening to Cathy complain about her problems when he’s dealing with a problem.
Although she’s got a point - sizes of clothes seem to be more of a vague guideline than anything else.

I agree with Cathy. Women usually have a more difficult time finding perfect clothes for themselves than men. I don’t like shopping for pants a lot, but it’s worth it to have something great in my closet for years to come.
