Who is that “Debbie Downer” in the last panel? She can’t be a Starlight County Sheriff’s deputy. Unless they hired a new one while RJ/Tank is discovering himself, and, RIp is off answering the “Call of the Wild.” And, if that true, where’s Rowdee? Still off answering her own “Call of the Wild?”

Obviously she didn’t. They’re blue, not orange.
