Stella is going to be mad, Shawm stole her look.

He looks like Stella now (sorta). I think ribbons and bows should be de rigueur for the pampered, well-kept dog!

He looks great … or would if Kate removed those silly ribbons! Let’s face it – a well-groomed dog does NOT need additional decorations.

My real life dog scorned human clothing and adornments. My late real life cat loved bling. Shawm is with the dog team.

My late-great boy, Maxie, looked a lot like Shawm. I, and many others, thought he was part Afghan before I did the DNA test. Maxie’s tail was curled just like Shawm’s, but it had the most luxurious long hair and was his/my ‘pride and joy’.

P.S. No Afghan in his DNA – I made the lab re-test! Result – Miniature Pincher and Chihuahua! What a waste of $125.00.

It takes 3 days to wash and trim my standard poodle. It fills a 3 gallon bucket with hair trimmings after the winter.
