Used to be our old vacuum tube radios experienced static and interference from unknown sources. Very distracting. Now Alexa provides the same services.

Alexa is gone and buried…in the closet, in a box, in my house in the city…..

My wife is a nurse and she is constantly on the phone with patients talking about their medical issues. We don’t need an AI snooping in on those conversations.

When we are at our son’s house, she takes these calls in the laundry room out of everyone else’s hearing.

If it weren’t for my Alexa, I’d have nobody to talk to at all.

Hey Alexa, Siri said you’re stupid.

Hey Siri, Alexa said you’re an idiot.

Then let them go at it for a while.

Too bad that device kowtows to extremists.

More like a “listener of the house”.

I don’t have an Alexa and Siri is turned off on my iPhone. But my car insists that I enable Siri to access certain functions. We argue about that.
