Don’t shoot the photographer.

Well thanks to hair color, some things haven’t changed

I’m sure most of us have passed time on a beach. I have a couple similar shots of herself that she hates to the point of ripping them apart. Didn’t mention I still have the negatives.

When I look at current pictures I don’t recognize myself. It’s just not the way I see myself in my mind.

Arlo. The next words out of your mouth should be weighted very carefully!

Janis is looking at time gone bye, Arlo is looking for what’s still to come. That’s Amore…

I think she still looks great! After menopause it’s very hard for us to lose weight.

Like I said yesterday, time for some now pictures.

The third panel is a call back to a nice story arc about Janis and some college boys. (Sorry, it’s G-rated but still fun.)

My body is pretty much the same as it was when I was 21, but I work out and don’t eat right, I’m 68 and still waiting to look old. I don’t know who my father was but he must have had good genes.

Surprised Janis doesn’t have her “pan” haircut in one of these. Must not have been that long ago.

Yeah, if Arlo is smart, he’ll turn the page quickly.

Hard to say what she’s thinking. I’d say that I loved those suits on her and that I missed my job as head sunscreen applier.

Janis looks good in a bathing suit, whether it is a one-piece or a two-piece.

It happens to us all, Janis.

If you don’t want to spend forever sleeping on the couch Arlo, tell her how beautiful and sexy she is.

I’m surprised so many are missing the obvious punchline in the last panel. Up till now, Arlo was enthusiastically recalling the skimpier bikinis … but the one-piece he didn’t recall. Less interesting for him because it covered so much, so he didn’t remember it.

She still looks good in bathing suits…what about Arlo?

Actually she looks the same weight now as she does in the pictures.

Seems like a lot of people miss the point of P3. It’s not that he doesn’t want to compliment her, it’s that every bikini picture he vividly remembers but the two-piece suit isn’t ingrained in his brain.

I could be wrong, but could Arlo be having ‘thoughts’?

Janis still looks good in the third swimsuit. Not sure what the problem is. All Arlo has to do is say he remembers that swimsuit too, same as the other ones.

Arlo didn’t ask you to wear a one piece, you just did it. BTW, you still look great.

You look so happy in the one piece! It is a classic look. The other ones are datable. Certain decades to make you feel older.
