Yes I had to walk a long way in junior high school. We all walked however far it was. I knew people who walked a lot further. We were walking back and forth to kindergarten at 5 years old! That would never happen now.

All of our TV was in black and white because our set was black and white. Eventually we got a color set. But some shows started in black and white and went to color. In those days most shows lasted more seasons than now.

We got mail from the mailman like everyone still does, if you get mail at all. Most everything is online these days and snail mail is going the way of the pony express. Why send a snail mail letter or even a card when you can do it online?

Women never did this. Some men still do. (wink)

When I was about 5, my mom and I were watching a western. I asked her if that was what it was like when she was my age. We laughed about that for decades!
