Not to mention destroying the rain forests for profit…shopping centers, buildings, or just for the hell of it! Destroying undiscovered species, potential medicines yet to be discovered…..man is the most destructive animal on Earth and never learns…
Too many forested areas coming down to make room for houses. But what’s the answer? People need a place to live. What I really object to is people insisting they need a monster home. That’s pure vanity, in my opinion.
Must plant a tree for every one cut down, minimum, but not without fire barriers. (S.E. Wisconsinites unhappy with Canadian smoke at “Hazardous” level.)
